Big Feastival 26-28th August


I’ll be hosting the Marks & Spencer cookery school, chatting to Chris Baber and their development chef George. There will be six sessions a day, available to book on the day. We’ll be showing you how to cook a delicious dish of Pan seared rainbow trout on a bed of summer peas a la francaise with sunflower pesto and dressed watercress. Expect lots of laughter too!
